As our beloved Davao City celebrated the 79th Araw ng Davao on March 16, 2016, Seawind by Damosa Land Inc. also had its timely inauguration of the entrance complex to its first residential condominium project at a 2.86 hectare property in Km. 11 Sasa, Davao City.

Ms. Jody graced the entrance inauguration in the morning as well as during the cocktail night on March 16 where prizes were raffled off.

Mutya ng Dabaw 2009 and a GMA regional TV host, Atty. Resci Angelli Rizada was the host of the program during the cocktail night.

Seawind joins the options of the many condominium projects sprouting everywhere in the city for the people of Davao to reside and enjoy “the life you’ve always dreamed of“.

 

It is nice to have this kind of development project in our beloved city coming from Davao’s own property developer. While most of the areas of condo projects in the city right now are in the heart of the city and downtown area, the part of the city going farther north is developing slowly but surely. While the site of Seawind for a condominium project may be quite new for most people, Damosa Land sees the area of Sasa as the next promising area in the city that will develop more as the years go by especially in the next few years. We have already seen a lot of changes in terms of development in the north area part of our city. If you do have plans, you may want to invest early on as the prices of real estate in this area slowly increases.

Showing the market’s overwhelming acceptance of this own homegrown real estate developer in Davao, the Towers 1 and 2 of Seawind by Damosa Land has already been sold out as of July 2015 in more or less two months from launching. They are targeting December 2016 as the completion time for Tower 1 and that by early next year, the Tower 1 units will be turned over already to its homeowners.  Tower 3 was launched last August 2015 during which time Seawind had its grand launching in August 8, 2015 at Damosa Gateway Market Basket.

 

 

Seawind has launched last January 2016 their Tower 4 which has a total of around 200 units of which half of that has been sold according to Mr. Ricardo “Cary” Floirendo Lagdameo, the Vice President for Damosa Land Inc.

 

 

The next two towers: Tower 5 will be launched next month – April 2016, and Tower 6 in August 2016. Tower 6 has the best view of all facing Samal. For now, it really has a good view of nature with the Davao Gulf and the Island Garden City of Samal that people like me will really love as you wake up in the morning looking out of your home’s window and having that nice view afar.

You have the option to convert the 2 bedroom unit into a one (1) bedroom or studio type condo unit perfect for businessmen or single people.

Their three-winged building design ensures residents that: there is less units sharing the hallway for more privacy and less traffic in the hallway; there is more natural light and wind coming from each hallway; and easier access to elevators and stairwells.

They have what they call combined units located on the top floors. Those have 3 bedrooms with an option of converting the study area into a 4th bedroom.

They also have the Bi Level (with 2 bedrooms with a 3rd bedroom option) located on the top floor corner units which has a loft area; has the best views, ventilation and lighting.

The price of their condo unit is relatively affordable with a price range from P1.8 to P4 million.  It can be financed and paid through a loan with Pag-IBIG (HDMF).
