Life In Davao City

This is the famous lone tree at the Turtle Sanctuary in Punta Dumalag Davao City and the shot was taken also during the FPS sunrise shoot there. You must try to shoot from there and it would be a great experience especially of you do get a good showing from Mr. Sun shining out for the day.

This is another shot during the Fanatic Photographers Society (FPS) sunrise shoot at the Turtle Sanctuary in Punta Dumalag, Davao City. This is kinda noisy but I still love the colors of the sky.

A beautiful pink calla lily we saw in the Ikebana Annual Exhibit at SM City Event Center here in Davao City last August 1 to 3, 2008 in time for the Kadayawan Festival 2008 whose celebration will be witnessed this coming August 17 to 24, 2008. I hope the Floral Float Parade on August 24 will be more colorful and beautiful than the past.

This is the infinity pool at the Blue Waters Resort in the Island Garden City of Samal. We have been there June last year when hubby’s company had a “Huling Hirit sa Summer” beach outing.

Bigby’s Cafe, one of the fine restaurants here in SM Davao City, has this fountain decor at their entrance. Can’t help but take a photo of it while waiting for our sumptuous lunch to be served. You should try Bigby’s when ever you are here in Davao.
