Music This Summer

My dear little guy has been singing in the shower for the past few days while preparing for a five-day summer activity in school that he has been joining for the past three to four years already right at the start of their summer vacation from school. We kick off any summer activity for him the past few years with this annual activity at school and they start each day with praise and music.

This summer I am thinking of having my own son involved in a music activity perhaps a music class instead while I was initially thinking of enrolling him in an enrichment class in one particular academic subject. But I also want to give him a break from anything academic as school for the previous school year ended officially last week with the recognition day. A daughter of one of the mom’s I know at school gave me a hand out from the music school she goes to and they offer music lessons all year round. I was thinking of that as an option to consider this summer. They have good feedback from parents I know and I have kept them in mind when I think about a fun activity for my dear little guy with music this summer of 2016.
