Bloggers Day Out: Abreeza Shopping Treat at Chimes, a Felcris Specialty Store

Abreeza Mall indeed offers Davao City and its neighboring cities in Mindanao a truly unique and rewarding shopping experience with its wide array of retail choices with popular local and foreign fashion concepts, brands which opened their first stores in the city.

Shopping is fun! Being a mom now, I could enjoy window shopping but doing a real shopping is a real treat indeed especially when you get it from one of our fave malls in the city.

Since Abreeza opened May 2011, we frequently go to Abreeza Mall for one it is so accessible from where we live. It was a nice surprise when I became part of the final list of lucky bloggers who get to be treated for some Abreeza shopping spree last Wednesday. It was a great early Christmas gift for us selected bloggers.

One of the stores at Abreeza Mall – Chimes, a Felcris Specialty Store gave me a chance to do an early Christmas shopping in November last Wednesday along with Dawn and Karla. Thank you so much Chimes and Abreeza Mall! 🙂

It was fun and a delight to find so many fab finds of exclusive brands from make-up, scents and perfumes, bags, clothes, shoes, accessories and even items that moms like me would love to buy for their home.

I saw those Longchamp bags. I might as well get another one to replace my old LC bag.

I’d love to check out this section once again when they go on sale next week. I surely need a new dress to wear. 😉

They also have accessories that come from the same supplier for YSL. You can get them at a more affordable price here.

The pink Tory Burch bag caught my attention. Hmmmm the I-want-anything-pink is about to strike again.

There are a variety of items one will find at Chimes, Davao’s pioneering specialty store. They have their main branch the Chimes Mall at Sales Street, Davao City where you can find more choices of exclusive brands that they carry and sell as well as other novelty stuff that can be a rare find for shoppers in the city.

Chimes is the only store in Davao where you can find these items…

butter London… creating extraordinary moments in colour by living on the inside edge of fashion. They are the first to sell non-toxic nail polish in the United States. The creative founder is Nonie Creme.

It is high fashion and used during the Fashion Week in London and Europe. This holiday season, butter LONDON is all about making a glittering statement as one fashion expert would put it. “KNOW who you are, then BE who you are!” The founding creative director of butter LONDON is Nonie Creme.

I will try to buy one daring color for a nail polish. Moms need to pamper themselves once in awhile.

Chimes also has these NYX Cosmetics which premiered at the New York Fashion Week 2012 with Imitation by Tara Subkoff’s show. Well for sure those who love make up and fashionistas out there know what am talking about. NYX is popularly used by professional make up artists.

They also have these Guerlain Meteorites Perles. These must-have multi-colored little pearls are illuminating powder that delivers pure radiance.

Guerlain  and Emilio Pucci have created a collaboration between the two prestigious houses that draws inspiration from summertime in Italy. It comes with an elegant Pucci touch to the Guerlain products.

It would be great to try these but I have to learn the art of make up first.

Beaute Cosmetics has introduced an exciting new lineup called the Weightless Lip Creme in six unique and wearable shades for women. It is paraben free and has long wearing color. Celebrities like Kristen Stewart, Scarlet Johansson, and Jennifer Lopez among other Hollywood celebrities has used these Beaute products.

This collection was designed to bring lipstick to women who want something moisturizing, and long lasting according to Beaute’s creative director Beau Nelson.

Chimes also exclusively carries the brand Besame with its vintage inspired lipsticks that brings voluptuous lips and glamour to everyday lipstick.

Chimes perfume and scents section has various branded perfumes for men and women.

Purr is a fragrance created by pop singer Katy Perry and Gigantic Parfums. Her love for cats had an influence on her decision to create this perfume and its design.

Chimes has various product brands for body and foot spa. They also have Human Nature products on display for sale at their store.

The iconic Cambridge Satchel Company real leather bag that is handmade and in a very attractive neon color.

This is in Fluoro Yellow color if I am not mistaken. I’d love to have the pink one when they have it on stock. Can I Santa? 😉

Chimes also sell Flipsters Collapsible Flip Flops. It is really comfort made easy. You can easily put this in your bag, bring it anywhere and wear it anytime after wearing high heels after a long period of time.

Chimes carries Vibram Five Fingers brand exclusively here in Davao.

From what I have heard from people who have tried it, also from Ms. Gwyneth (Chimes Abreeza store manager) and Ms. Renren Villena, it is really comfortable to wear. I’ll let the husband try it next time because he might just have his wish granted.

Prices range from P3,000 plus to as much as P6,000 plus like this one shown below.

They also have Espadrilles, shoes hand made in Spain.

Also available are these nice TOMS shoes that was founded on a simple premise: One for One. That means that every purchase you make, TOMS will give a pair of shoes to a child in need.

NOW… the home section, personally as a wife and work at home mom, is a delight to look around.

Now I’ll get one of these cake display container. It will be great for Christmas and special occasions like birthdays.

Ms. Renren Villena, the general store manager of Chimes showed me these jewelry and accessory boxes that looks like a pile of books on the shelf.

This is a good gift to give for Christmas for those who love to collect jewelry and accessories.

Chimes also has bed spreads, fleece blankets, bed sheets, and towels. Perfect because I just need to replace our old towels soon.

There are more to find and buy at Chimes Specialty Store. If you want more bargain for your money well I guess you should do your early Christmas shopping next week.
