Ayala Land Inc. is known for Bonifacio Global City, Makati Central Business District, Nuvali Evoliving in Laguna, and Abreeza Estate in Davao. The property being developed is located at Km.7 Lanang, Davao City in the intersection of J.P. Laurel Avenue and R. Castillo Agdao. They are planning to build two condo towers of Ayala Land Premier (ALP) which is said to be 19 and 21 storey high near the waterside. It has a beautiful view of the Davao Gulf and overlooking the Island Garden City of Samal. On August 25, 2016, they held a media briefing at the Visitor Center attended by the Davao media, and members of the Davao Digital Influencers, as well as invited VIP guests of the Aviana, Ayala and Alcantara companies, including executives of St. Luke’s Medical Center.
