Azuela Cove, a 25-hectare waterside development brainchild of Aviana Development Corp., a joint venture partnership between Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and Alcantara Group of Companies.

The property being developed is located at Km.7 Lanang, Davao City in the intersection of J.P. Laurel Avenue and R. Castillo Agdao. They are planning to build two condo towers of Ayala Land Premier (ALP) which is said to be 19 and 21 storey high near the waterside. It has a beautiful view of the Davao Gulf and overlooking the Island Garden City of Samal.
