Vaccination Certificate Booth Opens in Davao Malls – Abreeza and SM Lanang Premier

The Davao City Government has opened VaxCert PH booths or designated hubs in selected malls in Davao City.
VaxCert PH issuance is now available in your favorite malls in the city. Yes you can now get your vaccination certificate.

Just visit Abreeza Mall at the second floor near the Robinsons Department Store entrance where they used to have the Sunday masses.

In SM Lanang Premier, it is also located in the second floor near the SM Cinema ticket booth and entrance. It is near Turks and Booksale stores.

These are the two locations that I have seen personally and visited. I have yet to see the location in SM City Davao in Ecoland. Will update this post soon.

Dr. Josephine Villafuerte, Vaccination Cluster head of the Davao City COVID-19 Cluster, said those who would like to register for VaxCert PH may just visit any of the operational VaxCert PH booths in the three malls in Davao.

Please bring your vaccination card. If you request a vaccination certificate, they will issue one. In case that your vaccination information has not yet been encoded, they can process it and send it to Manila so that you can receive your vaccination certificate through your email.

You can actually access your vaccination certificate through the website at https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/ via the website or mobile application. If you some issues with your vaccination information or vaccination cards, visit the mentioned vaxcert hubs and opt to register onsite.
