Starbucks Opens in SM Davao Annex March 22, 2012

The second Starbucks branch in Davao is now open to serve more Dabawenyos especially those living in the south part of Davao. It looks bigger and more spacious than their Abreeza branch. March 22 is also the opening day of SM Davao Annex.

More choices of chairs and sofa for customers comfortable stay while enjoying coffee with your family, friends, and office mates.

This part reminds me of Bo’s Abreeza. *wink* But of course SB Abreeza has something like this too.

I felt like giving myself a little indulgence and so we tried their Begian Waffle (P75) topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup (with other choices of strawberry and caramel). Last night we went to their Abreeza branch but there was no more waffle available. I have recently heard about it from a few people and having seen it being eaten by a preggy mom and her kid right before me a couple of days ago, I got curious! I just want to forget my diet for awhile to try this.

So when we decided to visit the newly opened second Starbucks branch in Davao at SM Annex after our parent teacher meeting at school set at a very early morning schedule, we went straight here just giving us a few minutes to check out the new Starbucks branch before the SM main mall opens.

I chose chocolate for our little boy. I can say now – curiosity satisfied! I’ll keep in mind next time to request for more cream topping maybe so we could enjoy a more generous serving just like that one I have seen in SB Abreeza a couple of days ago when hubby and I were waiting to fetch our dear boy at school. The little boy love this and he was happy for the breakfast treat! Next time we will try the caramel. *wink*

This branch is open from 7:30AM to 12:30AM except on weekends when they close later at 1:30AM according to their barista in Abreeza who in fact invited us to check out their new branch’s opening.
