Another festive foodie event is coming your way in time for Araw ng Davao!
As a way of celebrating with the city’s commemorative feast, SM Lanang Premier will be having ‘The Davao Gourmet Collective (DGC) Food and the City” on March 11-13, 2016, 4PM to 10PM at The Fountain Court grounds.

“Food and the City” will underscore some of the best eats that Davao can offer. Mall shoppers will get to taste delish gourmet selections from returning and new purveyors from Davao and as far as Manila.
Among the participating food concepts which will be bringing some of their familiar, flavorsome specialties as well as new ones are Bistro Selera, a restaurant in SM Lanang Premier owned by Googie Sanga, Cucina Ilocana by Philip Pimentel and Jose Tabbada, JR Pastry by Jonathan Ramirez, Café El Gato by Kath Marfori, Kai Artisan Chocolates by Karla Mae Royo Caguiat, Backyard Burgers by Juan and Rica Gadi, The Crazy Cook by Carmina Mapa-del Rosario, Stellina’s Lemonade by Oliver Lee, and Sugarcane Bar by Vera Murcha. Six fresh additions to this DGC edition include well-known as well up-and-coming Davao-based food concepts – The Griddle Burgers and Sandwiches by Juan Carlos Angeles, Aling Foping’s Halo by Tina Huab, The Grillery also by Juan and Rica Gadi, Kakimkris Lechon Haus by Katrina Ano-os, and The Fatboy’s Kitchen by Mervin and Rosanna Loseo and Manila-based B. Wings Resto by Marc Castro.
Now approaching its 3rd year, the Davao Gourmet Collective is a well-curated, highly anticipated food event that aims to help spread awareness on food tourism in this part of the country.
