The wait is over! The SM Bowling Center in SM Lanang Premier finally opened today at the 2nd floor in the area near IMAX, Cinema 6 Centerstage and where Quantum and Quantum Rides are located. It is just behind the new escalator that leads up to the Science Discovery Center in SMLA that is said to open this coming July 2013.

It was opened in the morning and just saw photos of it from friends in the media over Instagram. My little boy and I went there in the afternoon after his summer class to check out the newest and latest bowling center to open in Davao City and see what’s new that it has to offer.

There’s Sir Marlou of SM FECI who I saw waving at me awhile ago to come inside while I was still taking a photo outside. Yes I was there so might as well check it out even if we will have to play with my boys next time when hubby is around.

Upon entering I noticed the cool and nice ambiance creating an atmosphere of fun times yet still relaxing. I’ve heard and read that the design of this Bowling Center is said to look like the Bowling Center in SM Mall of Asia (MOA).

Davao welcomes this new, trendy and hip bowling center at the premier mall in the city! My little boy is so excited to come back here and play with me and his dad.

This new SM Bowling Center in Davao has sixteen (16) bowling lanes using new wood lanes. Their lanes are built by AMF Bowling according to their FB page.

It’s P90 pesos per game of bowling. They also offer time bowling at P400 per hour. They may have early bird and night bowl promo (three hours after opening and before closing time) according to their FB page.

You can rent their bowling shoes with different sizes to choose from for P30.

Love the new, colorful and shiny bowling balls.

Balls differ in weight from 6lbs to 14lbs. They also have balls for kids, just inquire at their control counter.

Upon entering you will find the Control Counter in the center.

Aside from bowling, there are four (4) billiard tables. Rate is P180 per hour.

I like the couches used in the bowling area. It’s more comfortable to sit on while waiting for your turn to bowl.

They also have four (4) videoke rooms that you can rent at P100/hour per room (non-consumable).

They have three arcade games (not yet functioning though)… Street Fighter, Battle Gear and Time Crisis 4. P5 per game.

Near the entrance are ten (10) couches where you can comfortably play your fave PS3 games with family, friends or barkada.

Games such as Naruto, Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto, Ben 10, God of War, Ray Man, Immortal Gear Rising, and NBA. P60/player per hour or P95/player per hour.

As of yesterday they have no socks available so you have to wear, bring or buy your own socks before heading out for a fun bowling time with family and friends.

They also have the Snack Time counter that serves sandwiches, burgers, rice bowls, soup, salad, pasta, appetizer, drinks, beers and other alcoholic beverages and refreshments.

They also have a ramp near the videoke rooms.

It is open whole week from Monday to Sunday from 10:00AM – 12:00 midnight.
