Lifting of Covid 19 State of Public Health Emergency in the Philippines

Malacanang announced the State of Public Health Emergency throughout the Philippines due to COVID-19 has been lifted by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on July 21, 2023 through Proclamation No. 297.

While the mandatory wearing of masks has been lifted, we should still very much encourage people who are sick – coughing and sneezing in public to wear mask and strictly observe proper etiquette when they cough & sneeze. Never ever spread any virus for the sake of the health of the general public. May God touch your conscience to be careful not to spread any virus.
