I remember long time ago when we were young, our mommy used to make and sell home made pork tocino to our neighbors in our subdivision. We loved her tocino and chorizo. But she sells mostly tocino from what I recall since chorizo needs to be wrapped individually then. Though now we do have what they call hubad na chorizo or skinless longganisa.
