One of the country’s most bankable love teams is set to charm their Davaoeño fans on June 15 at SM City Davao.

Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano follow up the phenomenal success of their teleserye Forevermore with a teen romantic comedy drama Just the Way You Are. The film is an adaptation of the best-selling Pop Fiction book “The Bet” which was originally published on Wattpad by Kimberly Joy Villanueva.

The movie tells a story of a popular guy Drake, played by Gil, and Sophia Taylor (Soberano). In the film, Drake is a boy who loves to win – so when he loses in a bet with friends, he’s determined to make up for it – through another one. He needs to make a girl fall in love with him in 30 days. But she’s not just any other girl, she’s Sophia, a nerdy transferee who isn’t into playing games. The film by Theodore Boborol will be screening in cinemas on June 17.
