Davao Photos: Musikgarten Opens in SM Lanang Premier
Musikgarten Manila opens its first branch in Mindanao here in Davao City at SM Lanang Premier on February 28, 2015.

Musikgarten is located at the 2nd floor of SM Lanang Premier between SM Cinema and SM Bowling, fronting Quantum Arcade near the escalator going to Science Discovery Center.
Musikgarten Davao’s Musical Playground shown above is where young kids can play musical instruments even with their parents like we did today and it was fun bonding time for us. My son really enjoyed his stay that he wanted to stay longer after the event for the blessings and opening. But we had somewhere to go and we will just come back when summer vacation starts in two weeks time. Or maybe sooner on a weekend perhaps.
Babies, toddlers, kids and kids at heart can really have fun staying here learning music and playing those quality musical instruments.
Parents will appreciate this place more since their kids will not just play usual toys but there are quality musical instruments here that makes playtime more like a fun learning experience with other toddlers and kids they can mingle and interact with during their stay.
The children are also stimulated with their musical creativity with these child-friendly musical instruments. This kid was able to show the things he learned from his music teacher in school and he can develop and learn more at Musikgarten especially during summer vacation.
You may leave your kids at their musical playground where your kids can learn and have fun musically, while you may go on errands or shopping in SM Lanang. Good to know SMLA shoppers finally now have this place to go to for their kids.

They also have six small closed booths at the back area where they conduct individual training programs for their students’ music lessons and courses be it kids, teens and adults.
Here is their Bandroom that can be seen in front. Even adults as in parents and not just kids can learn by taking lessons and can play here.

Teacher Nikki Junia is the President of Musikgarten Philippines, Inc.
Teacher Nikki Junia is a cum laude graduate of UST Conservatory of Music. She is the only Filipino personality trained by Seth Riggs, the world renowned vocal coach to international stage icons like Michael Jackson, Barbara Streisand, Josh Groban, and many others.
She was also trained in the USA in the use of music in early childhood development under the Musikgarten program. She was a music scholar since 10 years old and the youngest OPM Fe Panlilio scholar. She has performed in top venues in the US like at the Carnegie Hall in New York.
Ms. Nikki Junia sang her fave song David Foster’s The Prayer. She was a member of Ryan Cayabyab’s vocal band 14K where her colleagues include former Smokey Mountain members Jeffrey Hidalgo and Tony Lambino.

This is their first branch in Mindanao, also their 6th branch nationwide. They will be opening next in Ayala Center in Cebu and in Robinsons Tacloban. They also have partner school in Manila.
