All Saints’ Day on November 1 and All Souls’ Day on November 2 this 2022 is going to be preceded by a long weekend that is from Saturday, October 29 up to Tuesday, November 1. October 31 has been declared a special non-working holiday.

1. Davao City Ordinances and Minimum Public Health Standards on COVID-19 must be observed at all times. The management of private cemeteries are encouraged to implement their own health protocols in coordination with the City Health Office.
2. Wearing face masks is mandatory. Bringing of sanitizers is highly encouraged. Any person exhibiting flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, and colds are discouraged to visit the cemeteries.
3. Medical tents will be set up at the entrances of all cemeteries with medical teams conducting body temperature check and responding to any medical emergencies.
4. Gates will be opened at 6:00 in the morning and will be closed at 8:00 in the evening, from October 30 until November 3, 2022. The management of private cemeteries may implement different operating hours.
5. Visitors shall observe the “One Entrance Policy“, but vehicles shall follow the “One Entrance One Exit Policy“.
6. Only ambulant vendors with Special Permits from the City Mayor shall be allowed to sell goods from October 30 to November 3, 2022, at the designated ambulant vending areas outside the cemeteries set by the City of Davao.
7. The City Transport and Traffic Management Office shall identify the parking areas for four-wheeled vehicles and motorcycles outside the cemeteries.
8. All visitors shall observe proper waste disposal and apply “Clean as You Go” or “Basura ko, Linis ko.”

9. The Davao City Security Cluster shall deploy its personnel from October 30 to November 3, 2022, to supplement the security profile of all cemeteries, and assist in crowd control and law enforcement.
10. The Davao City Police Office will set up Police Assistance Desks at all cemeteries.
11. City-owned and operated cemeteries under the City Economic Enterprises shall not schedule any burial, internment, or cremation from October 30 to November 3, 2022, except for cases of immediate burials.
12. Staying overnight is strictly prohibited.
13. Tricycles are not allowed to enter the cemetery premises.
14. Wearing jackets, bringing backpacks, playing loud music or karaoke, gambling, bringing alcoholic drinks and pointed objects, are strictly prohibited.
15. Drones and firearms are strictly prohibited, except those with security clearances.
16. Vagrants, loiterers, and scavengers are denied entry in all cemeteries.
