Cebu Landmasters’ Joint Venture Yuson Excellence Soberano Inc. Groundbreaking of MesaTierra Garden Residences
DAVAO CITY – On October 20, 2017 morning, the Cebu Landmasters Inc., a publicly-listed company and the Davao-based Yuson Comm Investments, these two companies held their ground-breaking ceremony and laying down of the time capsule of their first project and said to be Davao’s fastest-selling condo project – the MesaTierra Garden Residences at the project site that is located in Emilio Jacinto Extension, Davao City.
Both companies mentioned above partnered for the first time in a joint venture called Yuson Excellence Soberano Inc. or YES lnc. to build MesaTierra Garden Residences, said to be the fastest selling condominium project in Davao that has sold 85% units since it was launched in March 2017. YES Inc. is planning for more opportunities with a few projects in the city already lined up in the future to grow their real estate presence in our beloved Davao City.

This first project in Davao is the 4th development in CLl’s garden series project with 22-storeys and a total of 694 units and 259 parking spots.
