Ayala Land Inc. is known for Bonifacio Global City, Makati Central Business District, Nuvali Evoliving in Laguna, and Abreeza Estate in Davao. While the Mindanao based Alcantara Group is known for their agribusiness, power generation, and residential projects in Davao such as Ladislawa Garden Village, Las Terrazas and Woodridge Park.

The property being developed is located at Km.7 Lanang, Davao City in the intersection of J.P. Laurel Avenue and R. Castillo Agdao. They are planning to build two condo towers of Ayala Land Premier (ALP) which is said to be 19 and 21 storey high near the waterside. It has a beautiful view of the Davao Gulf and overlooking the Island Garden City of Samal.  It will have features like the The Tent for functions, The Sports Hub with a soccer field, The Shops which will have local, national and international dining establishments. It will also have a Forest and Triangle Park.  Plus St. Luke’s Medical Center, a specialty hospital, which was welcomed so far by many Davaoenos as a good news.
