Sunset on a Good Friday
Here is the sunset on a Good Friday. This is the closest we can get to the sunset yesterday since we got really hungry and need to eat a super late lunch/early dinner after having brunch that day in observance of the two-full-meal for Good Friday.
I hope next time we can catch a sunrise and bask in the early and healthy rays of the sun. I have read that our body makes vitamin D when skin is directly exposed to the sun. I found those… in a highly concentrated liquid vitamin D where one would receive 1000 IU in just one drop. Those tasteless drops offer a convenient way to experience the healthy benefits of vitamin D they say.
There seems to be nothing like the healing rays of the natural sunlight that generate vitamin D in your skin. This was past five in the afternoon and they say it is safer to be exposed to the sun before ten in the morning and after four in the afternoon. Proper sun exposure to the skin said to be the human race’s natural, most effective and most neglected source of vitamin D.
Looking forward to another beautiful sunset and a wonderful sunrise as well. Advance happy Easter Sunday to all!
