Misto unveils its sweet Valentine treat, still part of PH Tatler Dining’s Best Restaurants Guide for 2018

A 3-course wine-pairing dinner, a signature dish, and a dessert spread – a sweet surprise await Misto diners this February 14, made even more special as the restaurant remains to be recognized by Philippine Tatler Dining in their Best Restaurants Guide for 2018.

It is season of love and Valentine’s is just around the corner, and one of our fave hotel’s dining resto in Davao City – Seda Abreeza’s all-day dining restaurant Misto is up for the challenge of swooning their diners with an exquisite dinner offering.

Executive Sous Chef Giovanna “Bang” Flores-Sibala prepares a gastronomic 3-course wine-pairing dinner, with a delectable dessert spread and our signature slow-cooked Angus Roast Beef short plate for carvery.

Dubbed as “Date Night,” February 14th will be a showcase of fine dining dishes, paired with the best wine for every course.

The salad course will be Crab Stick, Avocado, Pickled Ginger, Baby Herbs and Greens w/ Honey Calamansi Dijon Vinaigrette, followed by a Shrimp in Spiced Coconut Milk soup, and Teriyaki Glazed Salmon w/ Malabar Black Pepper, Bok Choy and Shiitake Mushrooms for main course.

The carvery and dessert stations will be a spread of delight with treats as Strawberry Mousse Cheesecake Parfait, Chocolate Torte Cake, Valentine Velvet Cupcakes, and Valentine’s Day Oreo Pop.
