PLDT-Smart Expands in Mindanao and Opens Stores in GMall & SM Lanang Premier
PLDT-Smart expands presence in Mindanao and opened their 9th and 10th stores in Davao City last October 11, 2019 in Gaisano Mall Davao in Bajada and in SM Lanang Premier.
Telecommunication and digital services leaders PLDT and Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) have reached another milestone with the unveiling of the first digital stores in Davao City.
Located at GMall and SM Lanang, these unique digital lifestyle hubs feature customer-centric design and innovative installations that will raise the bar in in-store service experience for digital-savvy Filipinos in the southern Philippines.
“These PLDT-Smart stores in Davao – the first two in Mindanao — are a manifestation of our commitment to bring more services and products closer to our customers, particularly in southern Philippines. Our goal is to bring in more digital solutions to help make the lives of our subscribers more productive and more enjoyable,” said Al S. Level up customer experience
These PLDT-Smart stores feature technologies like self-service InfoTouch booths, which allow subscribers to view and print their bills, check account details, request for repairs and other services. Customers can also check data usage for their online needs via the broadband visualizers. These can be helpful for subscribers who are still deciding which broadband plan to get for their home or business. The store also features interactive tables that allow guests to browse the internet, play games, watch videos or listen to music inside the store.
