Globe Christmas Surprise Salubong of BalikBayans at the Francisco Bangoy International Airport
On December 18, 2018, Globe Telecom gave our Filipino balikbayans in Davao City something to smile about as a holiday cheer as they came home to our city for family reunions and gatherings for Christmas and New Year this 2018 holiday season.
Passengers from a direct flight from Hong Kong to Davao with estimated 180 people on board, were among those who were able to receive the gift bags as part of Globe Christmas salubong.
Christmas carols sang by a choir will greet the balikbayan passengers as they left the international arrival area of the Francis Bangoy International Airport.
A Christmas message card attached on each bag states this message:

Globe representatives along with Santa Claus and 2nd District Davao City Councilor April Marie Cascabel Dayap gave away gift bags filled with Filipino goodies and snacks.
The Hiyas sa Kadayawan 2018 and her court were also present to help give away the goodies.
I spotted my fave Annie’s Hany SP Milk Chocolate and Grower’s original garlic peanuts along with other snacks like Oishi Marty’s Crackling, SkyFlakes, Regent Cheese Ring, Fibisco Choco Mallows, Superstix wafer sticks, Lemon Squares Cheese Cake and Max’s Corner Bakery Caramel Bars inside the bag.

Travelers, tourists and vacationing balikbayans for the holidays can get a Globe prepaid sim and load at this booth beside Duty Free at the Davao airport’s international arrival area.
