Fun and Happiness in Jollibee’s Spaghettiest Moments Challenge!

Only the Spaghettiest can make any kid the happiest! That’s what Jollibee’s latest TV ad tells us and every Filipino kid and kid at heart. Jollibee has been for the past years been a source of Filipino pride, and for Filipino kids and even for us who are still kids at heart, it has been a source of joy and delight for our tummy.

My growing six-year old son, and even I grew up knowing Jollibee as a well-loved Filipino brand. Every one or almost every Filipino child knows Jollibee, the well-loved and famous mascot of the leading brand of fast food chain in the country that Filipinos here and even abroad love and are proud of serving us our favorite Langhap Sarap goodness!

So when I was chosen to take part as one of only two mommies selected in Davao and offered this chance to join Jollibee’s Spaghettiest Moments Challenge, it instantly sparked a personal interest in me since we really personally love Jollibee spaghetti. I took this fun challenge despite our busy schedule for the next two weeks with the exam week of our little boy already near because I am sure this challenge will be lots of fun!

This is also indeed a great and fun opportunity to capture my son’s precious and timeless memoirs with Jollibee using the Fujifilm Instax 210 wide instant camera, our first use of a polaroid camera ever!

Our dear little boy got so excited and he immediately asked me if we can go right away  to Jollibee and eat our favorite Jollibee spaghetti! You know how every Filipino kid would really get excited for a Jollibee treat!

Make your kids the happiest!

No matter how challenging life can be at certain times in our life, as a mom, I make it a point to dedicate time to make my very own kid happy, if not the happiest! Mothers always want the best for their child.

For kids like my precious little boy, happiness does not necessarily mean anything expensive. The happiest moments can mean being granted to have a time of fun play may it be at Zoofari Kid’s Adventure or at this old fave fun place at Gaisano Mall called Sonic Fun Maze where he used to play often since he was a lot younger.

The happiest moments for kids like our son can happen at fun places of play like this one where kids love to play and simply have the best fun times of their childhood and become part of the happy memories of being kids.

When I asked where he wants to go for our first stop which happens to be on a school night, this fun place came to mind since it is also conveniently the nearest to our place too. He loves this fun place and I remember he would almost always ask me if he can play here whenever we would go to GMall. Whenever we would allow him, he would have this very big and happy smile on his face while he jumps up and down with excitement.

For a lot of kids after having so much fun time playing with other kids at fun places they do get very hungry and going to Jollibee after to get their treat of fave value meal or Jollibee Spaghetti can be the simplest and easiest way in any given day and time to make our kids the happiest!

So after his play at the fun place, we went to Jollibee DMC branch which is open 24 hours. Whenever hubby needs to buy something at the nearby 24-hour pharmacy, we would sometimes come along or have him buy something at Jollibee before heading back home for our late night snacks. This is our fave branch to dine for fast food dinner when we are not in any mall or even for late night snacks out with my family, with my boys.

As the Jollibee tagline says “Dito masarap maging pamilya!” My boys and I really love to do food trips. We love food so dining and having a food trip together at Jollibee really matters especially for our little boy as this is simply one of the best and happiest places to be while spending special bonding moments for Filipino families like us with our kid.

Now moms like me can truly relate how a Jollibee spaghetti treat is like a magic that can bring an instant happy and biggest smile from our dear little boy filled with happiness to his tummy’s delight being a deliciously satisfying treat!

Despite being really tired and drained after a whole day spent in school, our little boy shows us a big smile as he is about to eat his tastiest snack treat from Jollibee and with the Jollibee stuff toy beside him which we got from the fun Jollitown season 6 launching event here in Davao recently.

Studying for a quiz or an exam can be fun and filled with happiness when our little boy gets a Jollibee spaghetti during a snack break. Just see that big and happy smile come out from the face of our tired and drained little boy.

My son’s number one and favorite Jollibee Kids Meal is Jollibee Spaghetti next would have to be Jollibee Chickenjoy and for my hubby next would be the Jollibee Yumburger.

So for our little boy’s lunch at school on the second day of the Jollibee Spaghettiest moments challenge, we bought him Jollibee Spaghetti which he loved and enjoyed eating while his friend (my college friend’s son) who actually already had his lunch yet excitedly shared with his Jolly fries and the Jollibee Chickenjoy that he shared to him.

The little boy said with a big smile when he saw his lunch, “Wow Jollibee!” and while he was eating he said, “I love it! Delicious! Thank you Mama and Papa for the food!” Of course he meant that to mean the Jollibee Spaghetti and Chickenjoy!

On our third day last Wednesday, since the little boy was early out of school in the afternoon, we were able to study early upon reaching home and we still had enough time to go out given it was hubby’s day off from work. We don’t have the regular weekend that other families get to enjoy so we make the most of hubby’s day off to go out and have some fun as we treat it as our own weekend.

My boys have been wanting to play the PS3 games since the SM Lanang Bowling Center opened last May. So we went there and guess you will see that boys were really the happiest as they finally got to try the games. The little boy even wanted to play more but since it was a school night, we just have to come back again next time.

Try playing the PS3 games at SM Lanang Bowling Center… check! And boys will be boys and this is one of their recent happiest bonding times as father and son.

Our favorite and really fun arcade game that my boys and I do play together like a team is the basketball game. We love playing this together and it’s one of the happiest games we play together as a family in any arcade or mall where this game is available. We could really get so hooked on playing this fun game.

After all the fun that Wednesday night, we really got hungry. We still had time to dine at Jollibee SM Lanang branch for a late dinner. My boys and I were even the last customers out of the store. They were so accommodating, they let us stay longer actually to enjoy our late dinner.

Our little boy had so much fun and enjoyed it even more with the yummy Jollibee Spaghetti he had for dinner. He told us he was so happy that night and wanted to come back as soon as possible for more fun.

I enjoy seeing how kids eat and devour the yummy Jollibee Spaghetti with so much gusto just like my son did with his spaghetti. We really like Jollibee’s sweet style spaghetti sauce making it now the tastiest and meatiest ever from Jollibee. It is loaded with ground beef, served over premium quality noodles that for me also make a big difference since I can tell a delicious spaghetti pasta based on the quality of the pasta used. Making it more delicious is of course when it is topped with lots of cheese.

We love pasta and spaghetti is one of our very own family’s favorite pasta. Now the three of us – me, my hubby and our dear little boy all agree that the deliciously satisfying Jollibee spaghetti is our personal fave! When you ask me for any spaghetti from a fast food, our best and only preferred choice would be their yummy Jollibee spaghetti and without doubt my little boy agrees with me one hundred percent! We love the yummy and deliciously satisfying taste that is like no other and that one of the main reason that brings out the biggest smile from my son who can be really particular with the brand as well as taste of the food he eats.

Indeed Jollibee Spaghetti is the Spaghettiest one will ever taste in this sweet life!

Busy and happy weekend!

It was a busy yet happy weekend. Yesterday, a Saturday was a fun morning for our little boy as they had an activity at school. It was his first KAB Scout event and his first time to wear a Boy Scout uniform.

After a fun and first KAB Scout Day, he was all smile and so happy thinking all those Jollibee Spaghetti we ordered for our lunch was all for him. He really got hungry after a fun morning with his fellow scouts at school.

It was a fun day yesterday. After a yummy and filling lunch at Jollibee Bajada, we attended our first Family Day and the school’s first as well at the school covered court. We tried not to miss the fun afternoon for families of the students in school to meet and know more the people in the school community. There were many fun games for the students and the parents and teachers as well that everyone enjoyed.

 After a fun Family Day at school, we made sure we had a souvenir photo of our family before heading home.

Weekends are days best spent with the family. Wherever we may be as long as we are together, I am one happy mom already. So today before another week of school starts, we decided to do some books shopping for the little boy. We were happy to find these book finds at a toy store in Abreeza.

Sundays are family days and for today, we decided to shop for books as a family.My lil boy was so happy to find the Noah’s Amazing Ark book that his teacher Pastor Genesis read to them one time at class. I am one happy mom when my little boy would like to buy a book because as the sign says ‘toys for learning & fun” I like books more for learning than toys for my little boy.

It was a fun and happy week for me and the boys as we tried to capture our happiest moments as a family and while enjoying Jollibee Spaghettiest moments challenge. Using the polaroid cam was quite a challenge to be honest given the limited photos we can share for this one. We may not have gone to the more “happiest” places we would love to go to since we have limited time and resources as of the moment. But I realized the happiest place is actually anywhere, anytime as long as I am with family – my boys… my hubby and my precious son who is not that little boy anymore.

My boys and I are truly so grateful to Jollibee and Stratworks for this wonderful opportunity as well as for the fun challenge. It would really be such a nice blessing for my family to be bestowed the award and get that exciting family vacation with my family, my boys. Going to Ilocos has been a dream for me and the boys love to have a family vacation in Palawan, a family vacation destination that has long been put on hold.

Walang kapalit ang sarap at saya makapagbakasyon bilang isang pamilya na bigay ng JOLLIBEE!!!

May our family dreams come true! That is indeed more reasons to celebrate with the tastiest and all time favorite Jollibee Spaghetti!
