Earth Hour March 26, 2022 Theme “Shape Our Future” So Lights Off at 8:30PM

Earth Hour is celebrated on the last Saturday of March each year as a call to all individuals and institutions to take substantial action for our planet earth. The core message of this earth hour movement is in going “Beyond the Hour” and that actually means what each of us can commit in doing in our own little ways in terms of actual practices and actions which people can do after the lights go back on after earth hour. It simply isn’t just turning off the lights at home or wherever we may be at 8:30PM for 60 minutes or an hour. We have to do real actions that will help stop climate change and shape our future for the better

Remember that 60 minutes of Earth Hour is a time to focus on the impact of what people are doing to our planet and take positive action to address the environmental issues we face.
