Dear Bikers At Night: Wear Helmet & Use Warning Blinking Lights

This biker came out of nowhere at night as it crossed the street from the other side with no warning lights. It wasn’t even in the pedestrian lane and there was no street light near where he crossed.

He was not even wearing a helmet. As a biker myself, I am scared for bikers who do not use a helmet and are biking in a major city road. I think he was even just wearing slippers and this road is not even inside a subdivision where he is just out to buy something from the sari sari store. If they get hit by a car for crossing recklessly out of nowhere, it becomes the fault of the car driver? No way! Be responsible bikers. Do not put yourself in danger nor put the driver at risk.
