I visited the place the next day while I had free time from school in the afternoon and went back in the evening with my boys to do grocery errand and let them see the new mall as well.
A Chinese arc at the entrance as part of the celebration of the Chinese Lunar New Year 2015 – Year of the Goat.
The entrance and exit of the mall from the front side of Felcris Centrale.
Figaro coffee shop found at the first floor at the center of the mall.
A new Japanese restaurant called Manzoku which means ‘satisfied or satisfaction’ in Japanese already opened there. We were told it is of the same owner as Tadakuma in Jacinto Extension and Damosa.
Davao Central Convenience Store located outside the mall near the al fresco area near Manzoku Japanse Restaurant.
The narrowness of the space of the mall and the ceiling reminded me of Power Plant Mall in Rockwell that we visited one time a few years before during a trip there with my boys.
Felcris Centrale has what they call a Felcris Superstore on the second floor that houses the Department store and Felcris Supermarket in one whole place.

Delicatessen section is a haven for homemakers, cooks, foodies and food lovers.
I like seeing these Gourmet Deli products…
They have hazel nuts, sliced and whole almonds, walnuts and many more.
There are potted fresh herbs that you buy like Thai basil, tarragon, arugula, curled parsley, etc.

This newly opened mall is part of the phase 1 of the Felcris Centrale project. The new 12-storey building has the first two floors for the mall while the remaining 10 storeys are for office spaces. Then in phase 2 they will be constructing three tower 38-storey buildings that will become residential condominiums which is said to have “convention halls, retail spaces, and fitness and wellness center.”
We welcome this new development in the city as it opens more employment for people and more options for the people of Davao to shop and dine as well as live in once the phase 2 of the project gets completed.
