Davao City Water District Water Service Interruption December 28 & December 29, 2012

ANNOUNCEMENT from Davao City Water District regarding Water Service Interruption December 28 & December 29, 2012 on selected affected areas starting tonight until tomorrow.

Read below if you or anyone you know may be affected with the water service interruption then share this to them. I know sometimes it is better to have no electricity rather than have no water and not know about it at all. So please tell any friends who will be affected with this water interruption.

WHEN : From 9:00 PM of Friday, December 28, 2012 until 5:00 PM of Saturday, December 29, 2012 (20 hours)

WHERE : LOW WATER PRESSURE:
Lizanto Homes, Davao Doctor’s Hospital, Fatima Village, Garden Park Village, Sto. Niño Hillside Subd., EMP Village II, Marfori Heights, Mineral Village, Monfort Village, Doña Vicenta Village and San Rafael Village

LOW WATER PRESSURE TO NO WATER:
Angliongto, Pampanga, Sasa and Panacan (connections served by Dumoy Water Supply System only)

NO WATER:
Downtown, Bo. Obrero, Agdao and Bucana (Savina, Manggahan, St. John, Kasilak, Sto. Niño, Bilusa, Sanasa and Busna)
REASON : Installation of additional 400mm diameter steel pipeline at Generoso Bridge in Bankerohan.

NOTES:

1) Benefits of this system improvement: Improvement of water supply in Downtown, Agdao, Bo. Obrero, Bajada, Lanang and Sasa

2) Water supply may be restored earlier if work goes smoothly or later if unforeseen problems arise. Hence, the would-be affected consuming public is hereby advised to store water in clean containers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
