Damosa Organic Market

Damosa Organic Market offers organic produce from local farmers and other local products.

I recently visited again the Damosa market to buy some fruits and vegetables. They have mangoes, avocado, bananas – cardava and lakatan, papayas – red and solo, watermelons, dragon fruit, pomelos, pineapples, and others. They have different kinds of vegetables and green leafy vegetables. They also sell plants and herbs.

Here I get to buy fruits and veggies at a cheaper price which save us money for our weekly food budget. This is where I buy lately since I stopped going to the nearby mall supermarket for grocery avoiding enclosed shopping space. I prefer it there since it is in an open space and not in an enclosed area.

It is also very accessible to bike to and they have a parking space for cars. I am grateful I don’t really have to go to the public market anymore which I actually haven’t been to since the pandemic started.

This mini market is located near the Damosa Police outpost and McDonalds in Damosa Gateway along Mamay Road or also known as Angliongto Road in Lanang, Davao City. They are open from Monday to Saturday at 9am to 5pm. Sometimes one of the vendors is already there as early as 8am. They can also arrange for delivery depending on location.
