Aikiko House Opens in Downtown Davao
Aikiko House opened their doors to guests last April 19, 2017 to add to the growing number of budget hotels in Davao City.
The owners of this new budget hotel are Franklin Mariano and his wife Marilyn Mariano, the couple on the right of the above photo. The hotel’s name Aikiko is said to be a combination of their two children’s name Harriete Danielle “Ayie” and Adrian Francis “Kiko” Mariano.
Here are the room rates: P 388 for 6 hours, P588 for 12 hours, and P1,088 for 24 hours.
All rooms are equipped with TV, WiFi, hot and cold shower and air-conditioned units. For local residents, the hotel being new, clean and affordable, one could consider checking in for a few hours when the weather gets too hot this summer season at home or perhaps when you need an affordable place in the downtown area for a very simple staycation in the city.
