Cebu Landmasters, Inc next big stop is in the beautiful City of Davao through a three (3) real estate joint venture with the Yuson Commercial Investments.

All roads lead to Davao for Cebu-based real estate developer Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI).

They will start on its very first venture in Davao City with 3 real estate projects by next year 2017 in partnership with Yuson Commercial Investments, Inc.

Cebu Landmasters recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Yuson Comm Investments of the prominent Villa-Abrille clan in Davao City last September 1, 2016.

These three projects will include a Mid-market condo located at E. Jacinto which will be pre-selling already by January 2017, as well as a Riverside Mixed-Use project along the McArthur Highway and a Times Beach Lifestyle Mixed-Use project in Matina, that are both in the pipeline.

This E. Jacinto condominium project is an interesting option for Davao residents.

The E. Jacinto Mid-Market Condo will be a 15-storey mid-rise structure with 2 buildings.

This will offer an affordable pricing scheme for the mid-market, with a premium condominium concept similar to Cebu Landmasters’ Mesaverte Residences in Cagayan De Oro, and Midori Residences and Mivesa Garden Residences in Cebu.  Cebu Landmasters Mesaverte Residences in Cagayan De Oro which is target for completion in 2018 is now 85 percent sold. Midori Residences in Cebu is now sold out while the Mivesa Garden Residences holds distinction for being the fastest selling condo in Cebu.

The 1.9 hectare Riverside Mixed-Use Project in McArthur Highway will meanwhile feature BPO offices, a residential condo, serviced residences (condotel), and retail commercial areas.

The 4 hectares Times Beach project in Matina will be a lifestyle mixed-use destination, definitely a new exciting addition to Davao’s lifestyle scene.

The masterplan of the Times Beach and Riverside properties will be designed by globally renowned design consultancy firm CallisonRTKL which have produced some of the world’s most memorable and thriving living and commercial spaces in the past five decades.
