Philippine Hip Hop Dance Championship Regionals at SM Davao on January 4 & 5, 2013

This 2014, the Philippine Hip Hop Dance Championship comes to life for the first time and its coming to SM City Davao on January 4 and 5!

On Saturday, True Urban Grooves holds workshops at the Annex. The Regional Semi-finals for the Philippine Hip Hop Dance Championship will also be happening on the same day. The Regional Championship will be held on Sunday, 4PM with Jhong Hilario as one of the judges.

The World Hip Hop Dance Championship is the world’s most celebrated dance event.  Over two thousand of the world’s best dancers come together in Las Vegas for the Annual World Hip Hop Dance Championship, held in August of every year, in an event true to the real values of hip hop culture.  Crews and Mega Crews from 35-40 nations compete to capture the world title and international bragging rights while hip hop icons, artists and celebrities will be there too for all the fun and excitement.

The Philippine Hip Hop Dance Championship will be held in five different major regions in the Philippines. Apart from Davao, there will also be regional finals held in North Luzon, South Luzon, Cebu and NCR. Each regional final will determine who makes it to the National Semi-Finals and the National Championship.
