This year, Davao City will be celebrating the 32nd Kadayawan Festival, a festive celebration showcasing the vibrant beauty of Davao City. NCCC is known as the home grown shopping destination in Davao City and with this we prepared exciting shopping treats to our valued shoppers.
On August 17, 2017 at 11am at NCCC Mall Activity Center NCCC had a “Kadayawan sa NCCC 2017” media conference. With this, we would invite you and your colleagues to join us on this event which will be participated with NCCC Team and our very own Mayor Inday Sara Duterte.
NCCC joins Davao City in celebrating the 32nd Kadayawan Festival with food, health, and celebrities in the week-long commemoration of the King Of all Festivals.
They will have the Kfood Festival on August 18 at NCCC Mall Davao supermarket area where shoppers taste and experience the best of Korea. They can try and learn some traditional Korean games, cooking techniques, and try Korean food. As for the Kpop fanatics in the city, they may buy some authentic goods at the supermarket which has a special lane for Korean products.
HBl Pharmacy will have a medical caravan happening on August 19, from 7AM to 12 noon at the activity center of NCCC Mall. Dabawenyos can have free access to various medical and wellness services including consultation, and medical tests such as FBS, eye check-up, dental services, as well as avail of healthy food samples.
On August 19, 4PM at the activity center, stars will join in Kasadya ug Musika sa Kadayawan featuring Dominic Roque, Albie Casino and RK Bagatsing. Both Roque and Casino appeared in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano while Bagatsing or more known to us as Mayor Arnaldo Ardiente of Wildflower opposite Maja Salvador. The first The Voice Teens grand winner from Davao, Jona Soquite will also perform.
On August 20, NCCC Mall Davao will showcase Davao’s rich culture and heritage with Sayaw ng Kulturang Pilipino Inter-School Competition at 1PM. Fifteen (15) private and public elementary schools will compete to bag the P10,000 first prize while the second and third runners-up will receive P5,000 and P3,000, respectively.
On the same day, the fun continues at 4PM as the lead stars of “100 tula para kay Stella”, Bela Padilla and JC Santos, bring entertainment to their fans in Davao. The film was featured in Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino (PPP). Joining Bella and JC is The Voice Teens semi-finalist from Davao, Chan Millanes.
Audience of Kasadya ug Musika sa Kadayawan will get the chance to take home cinema tickets or NCCC gift cards.
Also, NCCC Department Store and Hardwaremaxx are on sale until August 20.
