AirAsia, in collaboration with STRE3TS Urban Lifestyle Pub, Blah blah blah Kitchen and Bar, and The Bright Side, rocks Davao’s party scene with the very First AirAsia Red Hot Party in Davao, last November 18, 2017, 7PM at the STRE3TS Lifestyle & Pub Compound.
The recent AirAsia Red Hot Party was a celebration of the airline’s 9th year as the World’s Best Low-Cost Airline by Skytrax. AirAsia partied the night away together with the energetic and young Davao crowd who jumped to the beats of DJ Niel Recinto and to DJ Julian Rodriguez’s mix of music later that night.
Davao’s favorite bands Anne Mendoza, Thea, and Nairud Sa Wabad also kept the party going with some of the crowd’s fave music. In addition to these local acts is a performance from Manila DJ, Patty Tiu of Deuce. (Click below to watch the short video clip of DJ Patty.)
The young and not so young party-goers had a fun-filled night playing at the Balloon Burst Game Booth where they won various AirAsia merchandise. There were also food available at the STRE3TS, Blah blah blah, and The Bright Side.
AirAsia gave away freebies to game winners and free round-trip domestic and international flights to the lucky Davaoeños! I was close to catching one of the paper planes they flew out to the crowd when a lady got the last piece and threw it somewhere else. Oops better luck next time. I can just wish AirAsia will fly us off to somewhere again just like we did in #AirAsiainCebu tour for the media and bloggers. I really miss that!
The AirAsia Red Hot Party is just the beginning of a good relationship between AirAsia and the City of Davao. AirAsia eyes Davao as one of their next main points of business in the Philippines. As of today, AirAsia has 5 domestic flights from Davao. They now fly from Davao to Kalibo, Puerto Princesa, Cebu, Clark and Manila.
In addition to these flights is AirAsia’s first international flight from Davao to Kuala Lumpur which will be launched this coming December 2017. I got lucky to have won one of the tickets from AirAsia during our DDI Acquaintance party a few months ago. I am excited to fly to KL via AirAsia together with some DDI ladies next year!
